• Peak Season (Dec. 21 Jan 04) (March 16 - 23) requires 4 night minimum stay

Hotel Mediterraneus will reserve the right to adjust room rates without notification, but will honor all prior made commitments.                                                           

0 - 4 years old sharing room with parents: Courtesy
5 - 11 years old sharing room with parents: $25.00 per child plus taxes
Breakfast included - (Max 2 children per room)

Seasons:

• Green season:              May 1 – June 30 and September 1 to November 30
• Peak season:                Christmas and New Year’s Eve - December 21 – January 4
  Eastern Week - 2008: March 16 – March 23
• High season:                 January 5 - April 30 / July 1 - August 31 / December 1 - 20

No Smoking:   All Rooms are non-smoking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations

• All reservations should be received on written form (either by fax or email)
• All reservations will be confirm on written form within 24 hours
• All reservations should be prepaid before client’s arrival, according to our payment policies.

** There will be no reimbursement for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.  

Easter Week; 4 nights minimum stay; reservations must be paid in full no later than February 15, 2007. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.  

Christmas and New Year Week; 5 night minimum stay during Christmas and 7 nights minimum stay for New Year’s week. A 50% payment is due by September 30, 2008, full payment must be received prior to November 30, 2007. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services.

Todas las reservaciones deben ser garantizadas con una tarjeta de crédito o voucher de agencia de viajes (con crédito autorizado):                 

• Green Season:              15 days before client’s arrival date
• High Season:                30 days before client’s arrival date
• Peak Season:                60 days before client’s arrival date

Guide and drivers:
Subject to availability and written confirmation

• 1 – 5 rooms      Accommodation guide/driver service charge of $35 (plus 16.39% taxes).
• 6 rooms and up Accommodation guide/driver is courtesy
