Leaving the airport, turn right heading toward Santa Cruz and go 29 km to Belen intersection. Take a right in Belen and follow the signs for Flamingo Beach and Potrero Beach. Follow this road for 26 km through Huacas. Just after Huacas, take the first right following signs for Potrero Beach. Stay on this road for 9 km passing through Brasilito. At the junction for Flamingo Beach / Potrero Beach, veer right onto the dirt road toward Potrero Beach. Hotel Mediterraneus is 800 meters east from Potrero Village soccer field.

Take the Pan American Highway toward San Ramon. Stay on the highway until Limonal. Upon arrival look for a Shell gas station on the left. Turn left toward La Amistad bridge. Cross the bridge toward Nicoya. When the road ends turn right toward Nicoya & Santa Cruz. Stay on this road until you pass through Santa Cruz and go 20 km to Belen intersection. After this point, follow the directions as explained above.
